Great experience. Coming from Houston, I didn’t know anything about services in Orlando. Tried this company out and was beyond pleased. Showed up early to pick up at airport, driver even told me where my bags would be coming out at before I knew. Also showed up early to take back my family back to airport days later. Professional and friendly all the way. SUV was new and shining. Prices are so affordable, I was thinking it might be a trick lol. Texts and emails confirming. Texts when you’re driver is on the way. Everything was high level. Highly recommend! And I’m a person that uses many car services. This one is really top notch.

ook a recent trip to Universal Orlando. Our flight was landing on a Friday at 5:15pm, so I didn't want to chance getting an Uber to our Universal Resort, given I-4 traffic at that time. After doing some research, I found Orlando Luxury Transportation and was amazed at their glowing reviews. I use a lot of car services all over the country, and most leave a lot to be desired (including the last service I used in Orlando) ... but the reviews here were much better than many other Orlando Limo services, so I gave them a call. What a great experience. Had email confirmations and directions back in an hour. The day prior (and day of), got specific realtime details via email and text, confirming the car, pickup location and driver name. Our driver Luis was absolutely fantastic - was waiting right at the baggage pickup area in Terminal B, helped with our luggage and helped load the immaculate limo they sent. What a great way to start a vacation. Company followed up immediately to make sure everything went okay. The price was super competitive, the service was great - would definitely recommend to others and will use again. With Magical Express being a thing of the past and Disney squeezing every dime from resort guests who want to drive and park on property, consider using this place for your MCO to resort transfers - really nice option.

This company did an amazing job for us. Luis took us to our resort from the airport and had wonderful communication along the way for an easy airport meet up. The sprinter limo was perfect for our party of 10. I had made a major mistake for our return trip date . I made it for the wrong month. Manager Juan worked really hard to help us out the morning of our flight and still got us a car even though it was my mistake, and they had no obligation to do so. I was panicking and he truly saved the day and our celebration of my parents 50th anniversary. Thank you so much to Juan . We also had the most wonderful driver, Fabio , who took great care of us on the way back to the airport. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody. They truly went above and beyond.

Your company texted us us the day of travel to give us the drivers name and contact telephone number just as they had promised. When we arrived at the Orlando airport The driver, Fábio, was there, had a sign with our family name on it and was waiting for us and helped us with our luggage. He was pleasant, friendly and courteous, and went over and above for customer service. He transported us to our hotel and helped us with our luggage and groceries. We were very impressed that he was wearing a suit and tie, something you don’t normally see anymore. The next day I called the office and reached Lou, and explained it was difficult for me to get up into the van, as it was quite high, and my family members had to help assist me to get up into it. Lou assured me that on our return trip, she would have a step stool available. Lou was always very helpful both prior to making the reservation and during this trip. she explained the process to us and everything she explained was executed by the drivers. It was truly a great experience. On our return trip from our hotel to the airport, we also received a text with the name and number of the driver that would be taking us back to the airport. Luis, also dressed in a very sharp suit and tie, arrived on time, loaded our luggage into the van, and brought a step stool that Lou had promised, that made our entry much easier. Luis was very helpful pleasant and provided great customer service. Both vans were extremely clean and both drivers drove exceptionally well. We would recommend your limousine service to all of our friends and family.

Our family recently visited Disney but our flights went to a smaller airport where there was no Disney shuttle. I booked with this company to get us to and from the airport, and they were excellent. Our arrival flight was delayed by 20 minutes, but as soon as we were on the ground, our driver called to say he was there. Our driver who picked us up from the hotel to take us back to the airport also was early, and communicated with us ahead of time about our car seat needs. Everyone was friendly, professional, and gave us a safe ride. I will absolutely use them again.
